The preferred registration method for SUMMER CAMP is thru our online Registration Portal. For After-School Enrichment programs or as an offline option, you may print/email our FORMS & mail a check to our main office. Completed registration forms & payment must be received to reserve a space. A wait list is available once a class limit has been met.

Drop off/Pick up
Drop off and pick-up at the Madison Valley location is at 3201 E Republican St, Rm 101, next to the Bush School. Drop off and pick-up at the Phinney Ridge location is at 6532 Phinney Ave N, in the Phinney Neighborhood Association. Drop off is no earlier than 8:55 am, and pick-up is at 4:00 pm. To ensure attendance on field trips, please drop off no later than 9:45 am.

 

Aftercare
Aftercare is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m daily. The cost is $20.00 per day per child or $80 per week per child. An additional $5.00 late fee will be assessed for every 10 minutes after pick-up times. Reservations and payment must be received prior to each day of camp.
 

Payment options:

Pay in Full - Pay your camp fees at the time of registration

Installment Plan - Tuition is spread out with 25% paid at registration, 25% paid on March 1st, 25% paid on April 1st, and 25% paid on May 1st. Payments after each of those dates are rolled into the initial deposit (i.e. Payment in full is required if registering after May 1st).

Refunds, minus a $75 processing fee per camp registration will be given up to May 1st with a written email notice of withdrawal from the program. No refunds are given after May 1st. Pinnacle reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not meet minimum enrollment 3 weeks prior to the start date. Campers enrolled in cancelled camps will receive a full refund.


Scholarships
We offer full and partial scholarships to applicants that are in need of assistance.
