Teen Interns & Volunteers

Overview

Watching our young campers grow into responsible teens and beyond is one of the most rewarding parts of our program. To help them along the way, we welcome back our matured Explorers to volunteer with us for 2 weeks as Interns. If your Explorer is interested in developing leadership skills, working one on one with our Counselors, and getting outdoor experience please contact us!

(Ages 13+ or 1 year after participating in our CIT camp)

Goals & Tasks

Our goal with our Pinnacle Intern program is to provide experience that will help your teen’s leadership skills and confidence.

Basic tasks that will be done day-to-day:

• Giving and receiving feedback from Counselors

• Leading morning warm up games

• Discussing weekly/daily goals

• Assisting Counselors in ensuring Explorers have a safe and positive experience
